White-label digital marketing for agencies
SoftVolt AI provides white-label digital marketing for agencies that have sold more SEO and paid media than their team can run. We handle search, Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages and tracking under your brand, and report in your template. You keep the client relationship and set the strategy.

Digital marketing, run the way agencies need it run.
Execution for the campaigns you have already sold.
Send the brief and a named producer turns it into a written scope: 6 deliverables, each priced, with the assumptions and the tools listed — Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs / Semrush. Nothing is built until you have agreed that document, and the price on it is the price you pay.
It is the brief we see most often from digital marketing agencies, full-service agencies, Google Ads & PPC agencies. Everything ships under your agency's name — the staging link, the commits, the checklist and the handover — and your client never learns we were involved.

What is white-label digital marketing?
White-label digital marketing is SEO, paid media, conversion and tracking work that a partner delivers for your agency’s clients under your agency’s name. The partner runs the campaigns and the fixes. Your agency sells the service, owns the client relationship and sends the reports, which carry only your brand.
It works best when the channels come from one team. The landing page, the tracking and the campaign then share one owner, and a broken conversion tag never sits between two suppliers blaming each other.
What a white-label marketing agency handles for you
We run the day-to-day execution across organic search, Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages and tracking. You set the strategy, approve budgets and keep every client conversation.
Organic search
Keyword research mapped to pages, on-page work, content briefs, technical fixes and outreach-led link building. Our co-founder, Md Mazidul Hossain Likhon, leads SEO, with 4+ years across 50+ clients in semantic SEO, link building, GEO and AEO.
Paid search and paid social
Google Ads Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns run inside your manager account. Facebook and Instagram campaigns run through partner access from your Meta business portfolio, with the Pixel and Conversions API verified. Every bid or budget change comes with a written reason.
Landing pages and conversion
Our developers build the pages your campaigns land on, in WordPress or Next.js, and fix the forms, checkouts and booking flows that lose leads. Because the same team builds and measures, an A/B test reaches the live site instead of waiting in a developer queue.
Tracking that holds up
We implement GA4, Google Tag Manager, Consent Mode v2 and server-side events for Google Ads and Meta, and we test every conversion end to end. When the CRM and the ad platform disagree on lead numbers, there is a documented answer.
Edge cases we plan for
Some clients have their own marketer who edits campaigns too. We agree with you who changes what, and the change log records every edit we make.
Google Ads, Meta and GA4 often report different conversion counts for the same period. We write down which source each report figure comes from, so nobody compares unlike numbers in a client meeting.
You stay in charge of the strategy, budget approvals, pricing and every call with the client.
Which channel fits which client
Most clients need two or three channels working together. Use this table as a first filter, and the written scope confirms the plan.
| Client need | Approach | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiries this month, for a service people already search for | Google Ads management | Search ads meet existing demand at the moment someone looks for it. |
| Steady growth over months from a site worth building on | White-label SEO services | Organic traffic is slower to start, but content and links keep working after the month ends. |
| A visual product or offer people do not search for yet | Meta Ads management | Paid social reaches people by interest and audience before they know what to search for. |
| Traffic already arrives but few visitors convert | Conversion rate optimisation | Fixing the page first makes future ad spend go further. |
| Ad platforms, GA4 and the CRM all disagree | Analytics and tracking | Bidding and reporting both depend on conversions being recorded correctly. |
| A local business with a defined service area | Local SEO alongside Search ads | Map results and Search ads both appear for local searches, so each supports the other. |
How a marketing retainer runs with your agency
You send the brief, we return a written scope and fixed price within two business days, and a named producer runs the work from a shared Slack Connect or WhatsApp channel. Nothing starts until you approve the scope.
Each channel gets a monthly plan. Development, SEO and paid work run in parallel, with a weekly status you can forward. Landing pages go up on a password-protected staging URL under your brand before they go live.
White-label PPC management in your accounts
Google Ads campaigns run inside your manager account, and Meta campaigns run through partner access in your business portfolio. Spend and history stay with your agency and the client’s accounts, and every report carries your logo.
The team works from Dhaka (UTC+6, no daylight saving), between 09:00 and 23:00 local time. The Dhaka afternoon overlaps the UK working day, the evening overlaps US East Coast mornings and the morning overlaps the Sydney afternoon.
Pricing for white-label marketing services
SEO and paid media are part of the Premium plan, from £2,400 a month, and of Enterprise, which is quoted. The Essential plan (from £500 a month) and the Growth plan (from £1,200 a month) cover website builds.
Premium includes:
- Up to 6 active projects at a time
- Builds, AI automation, SEO and paid media
- Fast-track turnaround (5 to 7 business days)
- Up to 15 pages per project
- A named producer and shared channel
- Priority support, same-day response
Enterprise adds unlimited active projects billed monthly, the full white-label suite, turnaround agreed in writing, capacity planning and reporting, and multi-brand and multi-team support.
Ad spend, tools and other third-party costs are billed at cost or held in your accounts. We never mark them up, and what you charge your client is your business.
One-off work, such as an account rebuild, a tracking set-up or a set of landing pages, gets its own written scope and a fixed price. The cost moves with the number of channels and ad accounts, the campaigns to build or rebuild, the landing pages needed and the state of the existing tracking. Every plan is on the rates page.
Builds you can open
We do not publish results from partner campaigns, because those accounts belong to your clients. What you can open is a site our founder built before SoftVolt AI, of the kind paid campaigns land on.
Patriot Insurance Group is a full-stack WordPress build for a division of a US insurance group. It separates personal, business and industry cover into a clear services structure, with enquiry and quote-request flows.
The content structure lets the client’s team maintain pages without breaking templates. That matters for campaigns, because landing pages change often and should not need a developer each time.
In-house team, freelancers or a white-label partner
A partner suits agencies whose marketing work changes month to month or spans several channels. An in-house team suits agencies with steady demand in one channel and the time to manage specialists.
| Factor | In-house team | Freelancers | White-label partner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | Salaries plus benefits, payroll taxes, tools and management time, for each channel | A rate per freelancer that varies widely, plus your time coordinating them | A monthly plan, or a fixed price against a written scope |
| Time to start | Weeks to months for each hire | Whenever each person is free | A written scope and fixed price within two business days |
| Who manages the work | You do | You do, across several people | A named producer in your shared channel |
| Range of skills | One hire per channel | One specialism per freelancer | SEO, paid media, CRO, tracking and development under one contract |
| Handoffs between channels | Depends on how the team works together | Between people who may never speak to each other | One team working from one shared change log |
| Holidays and sick days | Delivery pauses | You find cover mid-campaign | Team cover, with the same producer on the thread |
| White label | Internal, so it does not apply | Sometimes, and your client may end up in their portfolio | Always: mutual NDA, no client contact, no credit anywhere |
Your client stays yours
We sign a mutual NDA before you share a client’s name, and we never contact your client. We will not approach, market to, quote for or accept work from them, during the project or after it.
Ad accounts, Google Business Profiles, GA4 properties and Tag Manager containers stay owned by the client or your agency. We work through access you grant, at the lowest level the work needs, with credentials in a shared 1Password or Bitwarden vault rather than email. At handover our access is revoked, and we confirm that in writing.
Reports, staging URLs and documents carry your brand only. Where client personal data is involved, we work under UK GDPR with the IDTA or UK Addendum and EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The detail is on our security page.
For UK agencies
The Dhaka afternoon runs alongside your working day, and a brief sent at 5pm London is in review by 9am. Consent Mode v2 matters for UK and EU traffic, so we set it up before campaigns scale, and client data sits under UK GDPR terms with the IDTA or UK Addendum.
For US, Canadian and Australian agencies
The Dhaka evening overlaps US East Coast and Toronto mornings, and the Dhaka morning overlaps the Sydney afternoon. Work moves forward overnight on your clock, with a summary waiting in your channel when you start. Reports follow your client’s spelling, currency and date format.
You will recognise the moment.
- You have sold SEO and paid media to a client and nobody is free to run them
- Campaigns, landing pages and tracking sit with three different suppliers
- Your team spends more time arguing about tracking than improving campaigns

Questions agencies ask about white-label digital marketing
01Do you guarantee leads or ROAS?
No. Results depend on the client’s offer, prices, budget, competitors and how fast they follow up a lead, and much of that sits outside any agency’s control. What we commit to is the work in the scope, done properly and logged, with a monthly report that shows what changed, why, and what happens next. A partner who guarantees ROAS is guessing.
02What is white-label PPC management?
White-label PPC management means a partner runs your clients’ pay-per-click campaigns, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, while your agency presents the work as its own. The campaigns sit in accounts the client or your agency owns, the partner works through access you grant, and the reports carry your brand. Your client only ever deals with you.
03Who owns the ad accounts?
Your client, or your agency if that is how you set up your clients. We never create ad accounts for your clients in our own name. Google Ads accounts link to your manager account, and Meta assets are shared with your business portfolio as a partner. At handover, our access is removed and we confirm it in writing.
04Can we brief one channel only?
Yes. Each service can be briefed on its own, whether that is Google Ads for one client or tracking fixes across five. Starting with one channel is a sensible way to test the working relationship before you add more. Every brief gets a written scope and a fixed price within two business days, and nothing starts until you approve it.
05What do the monthly reports look like?
Each report carries your agency’s logo and colours and follows your template, or we build a Looker Studio dashboard to match it. It shows spend, conversions and cost per conversion for paid channels, organic visibility for SEO, the changes made that month with the reason for each, and the plan for next month. You review it before your client sees it.
06Do you mark up ad spend?
No. Ad spend, tools and other third-party costs are billed at cost or held in your accounts. The simplest set-up has the client pay Google and Meta directly on their own payment method, which keeps the spend visible to them. We quote our own work only, and what you charge your client for management is your business.
07Who does the work?
SEO is led by our co-founder, Md Mazidul Hossain Likhon, who has 4+ years of SEO across 50+ clients. Landing pages, tracking and technical fixes come from the development side, led by our founder, Md Alamgir Hossen, a senior WordPress and Next.js developer. A named producer owns your account day to day and answers in your shared channel.
08Will you contact our client?
Never. We do not email, call or message your client, connect with them on LinkedIn, or use their work in our portfolio without your written permission. If a client meeting needs technical detail, we brief you beforehand so you can lead it. The commitment holds during the project and after it ends.
Send the brief — get a fixed price within two business days.
Tell us what the Digital marketing project needs and when. Client names can wait until the NDA is signed; a named producer replies within one business day.
