White-label Google Ads management
Our white-label Google Ads management runs Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns for your clients inside your agency's manager account. Your client keeps ownership of the ad account, reports carry your brand, and every bid or budget change comes with a written reason.

Google Ads, run the way agencies need it run.
Execution for the campaigns you have already sold.
Send the brief and a named producer turns it into a written scope: 6 deliverables, each priced, with the assumptions and the tools listed — Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center, Looker Studio. Nothing is built until you have agreed that document, and the price on it is the price you pay.
It is the brief we see most often from Google Ads & PPC agencies, full-service agencies, digital marketing agencies. Everything ships under your agency's name — the staging link, the commits, the checklist and the handover — and your client never learns we were involved.

What white-label Google Ads management means
White-label Google Ads management means a partner runs your clients’ campaigns from inside your agency’s manager account, while your agency presents the work as its own. We handle structure, keywords, ad copy, search-term reviews and bidding. You keep the strategy, the budget conversations and the client.
We cover Search, Shopping and Performance Max. We do not hold Google Partner status. Because campaigns run in your manager account, the spend and history sit with your agency, not with us.
Who owns what
Your client, or your agency, owns everything that matters. We work through access you grant and leave with nothing.
| Item | Owner | How we work with it |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads account | Your client, or your agency if that is your model | Linked to your manager account, with Standard access for us rather than Admin |
| Manager account (MCC) | Your agency | We work inside it, and you control who has access |
| Ad spend and billing | Your client, paying Google directly or through you | Billed at cost or held in your accounts, never marked up |
| GA4 property and Tag Manager container | Your client | Property or container access for conversion tracking only |
| Campaigns, ad copy and change log | Your client and your agency | Built in the client’s account and left there at handover |
| Monthly report | Your agency’s brand | Your template, or a Looker Studio dashboard that matches it |
How a managed account runs
Every account starts with tracking. Before we change a bid, we check that GA4, Tag Manager and Google Ads record each conversion once, with the right value, and that Consent Mode v2 works for UK and EU traffic.
After that, the rhythm is steady. Search terms are reviewed and negatives added on a set schedule, new ad copy is tested against the current best performer, and every bid or budget change comes with a written reason. The month ends with a white-label report and a plan for the next one.
If an account has grown messy, the first month is an audit and a rebuild plan, scoped at a fixed price. Our team in Dhaka (UTC+6) overlaps the UK working day in our afternoon and US East Coast mornings in our evening, so changes you approve at the end of your day can be live by the next morning.
Landing pages affect Quality Score and conversion rate, so they shape what each lead costs. If the pages are slow or generic, our developers build high-speed landing pages and fix conversion tracking under the same contract.
Pricing
Google Ads management is part of the Premium plan, from £2,400 a month, which covers builds, AI automation, SEO and paid media across up to 6 active projects at a time. Enterprise is quoted and adds unlimited active projects with multi-brand and multi-team support.
An account rebuild or a one-off audit gets its own written scope and fixed price. The number of accounts, campaigns and Shopping feeds moves that cost. Full detail is on the rates page.
Paid search sits alongside SEO, Meta Ads and CRO in our white-label digital marketing service, and Google Ads agencies can see the whole offer on our page for PPC agencies.

Questions agencies ask about white-label Google Ads management
01Are you a Google Partner?
No. We do not hold Google Partner status or any other Google badge, and nothing we write for your client will suggest otherwise. Campaigns run inside your manager account, so the spend and performance history attach to your agency. If your agency holds Partner status, that stays yours to show.
02Who owns the Google Ads account?
Your client, or your agency if you hold accounts for clients. We never open ad accounts in our own name or move campaigns to a manager account of ours. We work with Standard access through your manager account, and at handover our access is removed and confirmed in writing, as set out on our security page.
03Do you guarantee ROAS or cost per lead?
No. Return on ad spend depends on the client’s offer, prices, margins, budget, competitors and how quickly they follow up leads, and Google’s auctions change daily. We commit to disciplined execution: clean tracking, regular search-term work, tested ad copy and a written reason for every change. Your monthly report shows results honestly, in good months and bad.
04Can you take over a messy account?
Yes. We start with an audit of tracking, structure, search terms, match types and budgets, then propose a rebuild plan with a fixed price. We keep the account’s history and change the structure in stages, so performance data is not thrown away. You approve each stage before it goes live.
05What does the monthly report include?
Spend, clicks, conversions, conversion value and cost per conversion against the previous period, the main search-term findings, changes made with the reason for each, and next month’s plan. It carries your logo and colours, in your template or a Looker Studio dashboard built to match. You review it before it goes to your client.
