Local SEO, run the way agencies need it run.
Execution for the campaigns you have already sold.
Send the brief and a named producer turns it into a written scope: 6 deliverables, each priced, with the assumptions and the tools listed — Google Business Profile, BrightLocal, Search Console, WordPress. Nothing is built until you have agreed that document, and the price on it is the price you pay.
It is the brief we see most often from SEO agencies, digital marketing agencies. Everything ships under your agency's name — the staging link, the commits, the checklist and the handover — and your client never learns we were involved.

What white-label local SEO includes
White-label local SEO is the work that helps a client appear in map results and local searches, carried out by a partner under your agency’s brand. For most local clients it comes down to the Google Business Profile, consistent citations, useful location pages and a steady review process.
Google weighs relevance, distance and prominence for local results. Distance depends on where the searcher stands, which no agency controls, so our work focuses on relevance and prominence.
Google Business Profile, citations and location pages
Google Business Profile
We audit each profile against the real business: primary and secondary categories, services, hours, service areas, photos and the website link. Website links get UTM tags so GA4 can separate profile visits from other organic traffic.
The client keeps ownership of every profile. We work as a manager you add, never as an owner.
Citations
Business name, address and phone number should match everywhere the business is listed. We audit the main directories in the client’s country, fix inconsistent or duplicate listings, and keep a citation sheet that becomes the source of truth for future changes.
Location pages
Each location or service-area page needs content that belongs to that place: the team, the services offered there, local proof and how to get there. Pages that only swap the town name count as doorway pages under Google’s spam policies. We build to a template you approve and fill it with real local detail.
A review process without shortcuts
Reviews come from real customers through a simple, repeatable process. We set up the request flow, usually an email or text with a direct review link after each job, and write response templates in the client’s voice for positive and negative reviews.
We never write, buy or incentivise reviews. Fake reviews break Google’s policies, and in the UK and US they break consumer protection law too. Google’s policies also rule out asking only happy customers, so every customer gets the same request.
How it runs, and what it costs
You send the list of locations, the client’s goals and access to the profiles and site. We return a written scope and a fixed price within two business days, then work to a monthly plan. The monthly local visibility report goes out in your brand, with a change log for each location.
Our team in Dhaka (UTC+6) overlaps the UK working day in our afternoon and US East Coast mornings in our evening.
Ongoing local SEO sits within the Premium plan, from £2,400 a month, and Enterprise, which adds multi-brand and multi-team support. A one-off citation clean-up or a set of location pages gets its own fixed price, and the number of locations moves that cost most. Every plan is on the rates page.
Local work is one part of our white-label SEO services. For a build you can open, see SEO Agency in Essex, an agency site our founder built before SoftVolt AI, with service and location page templates the agency extends itself.

Questions agencies ask about white-label local SEO
01Do you guarantee a place in the map pack?
No. Map results change with the searcher’s location, so the same search shows different results a few streets apart. Google also weighs prominence signals such as reviews and links, which build over time. We commit to the work in the scope and report visibility honestly, including the areas where the client is weaker.
02Who owns the Google Business Profile?
The client does, always. We ask to be added as a manager, which lets us edit the profile without control over ownership or other users. If a former supplier or an ex-employee owns a profile, we help you through Google’s ownership request process. Our access ends at handover, as set out on our security page.
03How do you handle clients with many locations?
We keep one location sheet as the source of truth for names, addresses, phone numbers, hours and categories. Profiles, citations and pages are checked against it, so a change at one branch reaches everywhere. Location pages carry LocalBusiness structured data, handled with our technical SEO work, and reports break visibility down by location.
04Can you help a service-area business with no shopfront?
Yes. The profile hides the address and lists the areas served instead, which is what Google expects for businesses that visit their customers. Service-area pages then explain what the client offers in each area with real detail, such as jobs completed there, rather than repeating one page with a new town name.
05Will you post reviews to get a new client started?
No. We will not buy reviews, swap them or write them for staff to post. Fake reviews break Google’s policies and consumer protection law in the UK and US, and they can get a profile suspended. A new client gets a review request process as part of onboarding, so genuine reviews start building straight away.
