White-label Meta Ads management

Our white-label Meta Ads management runs Facebook and Instagram campaigns for your clients under your agency's brand. We set up the Pixel and Conversions API properly, test creative to a written plan and report monthly in your template, while your client keeps ownership of every ad account and asset.

At a glance

Meta Ads, run the way agencies need it run.

Execution for the campaigns you have already sold.

Send the brief and a named producer turns it into a written scope: 6 deliverables, each priced, with the assumptions and the tools listed — Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager. Nothing is built until you have agreed that document, and the price on it is the price you pay.

It is the brief we see most often from Google Ads & PPC agencies, full-service agencies. Everything ships under your agency's name — the staging link, the commits, the checklist and the handover — and your client never learns we were involved.

Meta Ads: what you get.

Every item here appears in the scope document with a price against it. Nothing starts until you approve it.

What white-label Meta Ads management covers

White-label Meta Ads management means a partner runs your clients’ Facebook and Instagram campaigns while your agency presents the work as its own. We handle campaign structure, audiences, ad copy, creative testing and measurement. You keep the strategy, the budget approvals and every conversation with the client.

The client’s assets stay with the client. Their business portfolio shares the ad account, Page, Instagram account and dataset with your agency’s portfolio as a partner, and we work through the access your portfolio gives us. We do not hold Meta Business Partner status.

Measurement comes first

Since Apple’s App Tracking Transparency arrived with iOS 14.5, the Meta Pixel on its own misses a share of conversions. The Conversions API closes much of that gap by sending the same events from the server, so we set up both and verify them before spend scales.

That means matching event IDs so Meta counts each conversion once, checking Event Match Quality in Events Manager and respecting consent choices for UK and EU visitors. Our analytics and tracking team handles the server side on the client’s platform.

Creative testing with a plan

Each test changes one thing: the hook, the format, the offer or the audience. Every ad gets enough budget and time for a fair read, and results go into a test log, so the next round starts from what the account has already learned.

We write the ad copy and the test plan. Tell us in the brief who supplies images and video, whether that is the client, your designers or a production partner. Winning ads move into the main campaigns, and tired creative is replaced before frequency climbs too high.

For lead generation, we compare Meta’s instant forms with sending traffic to a landing page, because instant forms can bring more leads of lower quality. If the landing page is the weak point, our developers build high-speed landing pages matched to each ad set.

How it runs, and what it costs

You send the brief, we return a written scope and a fixed price within two business days, and a named producer runs the account from your shared Slack Connect or WhatsApp channel. Every budget change comes with a written reason, and the month ends with a report in your brand.

Our team in Dhaka (UTC+6) covers 09:00 to 23:00 local time, which overlaps the UK working day and US East Coast mornings.

Meta Ads management is part of the Premium plan, from £2,400 a month, and Enterprise, which is quoted. Ad spend is billed at cost or held in your accounts, never marked up. A one-off tracking repair or account rebuild gets its own fixed price, shown in a written scope.

Every plan is on the rates page. Meta Ads sits beside SEO, Google Ads and CRO in our white-label digital marketing service.

When to send this brief

Meta Ads: when to send it.

  • A client needs paid social alongside search and you lack a buyer
