White-label Laravel development for agencies

SoftVolt AI provides white-label Laravel development for agencies whose clients need an application, not another CMS plugin. We build portals, APIs and admin panels under your brand, and your client never hears from us. You get a written scope and a fixed price within two business days.

At a glance

Laravel applications, run the way agencies need it run.

Websites, stores and apps your clients will put their name on.

Send the brief and a named producer turns it into a written scope: 6 deliverables, each priced, with the assumptions and the tools listed — Laravel, PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Queues. Nothing is built until you have agreed that document, and the price on it is the price you pay.

It is the brief we see most often from full-service agencies, digital marketing agencies. Everything ships under your agency's name — the staging link, the commits, the checklist and the handover — and your client never learns we were involved.

What ships

Laravel applications: what you get.

Every item here appears in the scope document with a price against it. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Our white-label Laravel development service is for agencies that have sold a client an application rather than a website. We plan the data model and build the app in Laravel. It comes back with your name on the code, the staging site and every document.

Nothing starts until you approve a written, fixed-price scope. We sign a mutual NDA before you share client details, and a named producer runs the project in your shared channel.

What is white-label Laravel development?

White-label Laravel development means an outside team builds a Laravel application that your agency delivers to its client as its own work. The developers stay invisible: no credit in the code, no contact with your client, and documents in your brand. Agencies use it to take on application briefs without hiring a PHP team.

Laravel is a PHP framework with authentication, queues, scheduled tasks and database migrations built in. It suits clients whose process needs custom rules, user roles and reporting, especially when their hosting or developers already run PHP.

What a white-label Laravel partner handles for your agency

We handle the application from data model to deployment. The deliverables list covers the outputs; these are the parts that decide whether the app survives its first year.

  • Custom web apps and portals. Customer portals, supplier portals, quoting tools and booking systems, with every user role mapped before the first migration is written.
  • APIs. REST or JSON APIs for a mobile app, a Next.js front end or a WordPress site. Token authentication and versioned routes stop a change from breaking a live app.
  • Admin panels. Screens for the client’s staff to manage records, approve requests and export data. Permissions are checked on the server, never only hidden in the interface.
  • Queues and scheduled jobs. Emails, imports, PDF generation and third-party syncs run in the background with retries and failure alerts, so a slow API never freezes a page.
  • Testing. Feature tests cover the flows that cost money if they break, such as sign-up, payment, approval and export. Tests run before every deploy.
  • Existing Laravel apps. We take over apps another developer built. A short audit comes first, then upgrades, fixes or new features against a fixed price.

You stay in charge of the client, the scope and the price you charge them. When the client asks for a change mid-build, we write it down and price it before anyone builds it.

We raise the awkward details early, such as who can delete a record or what happens to a booking when a payment fails. The answers go into the scope, not into a support ticket six months later.

Which Laravel approach fits which client

The front end decides most of the approach. Pick by who uses the app and how interactive it needs to feel; the written scope confirms the choice.

Client need Approach Why
Staff admin panel with forms, tables and filters Laravel with Blade and Livewire Server-rendered screens with live updates, all in PHP, which keeps maintenance simple.
An app that should feel like a single-page app Laravel with Inertia and React or Vue Laravel keeps routing, auth and validation while the front end behaves like a modern app.
A mobile app or separate front end needs data Laravel as an API only One back end serves the app, the website and any partner integrations.
Business logic beside an existing WordPress site Custom WordPress plugin The logic stays inside the CMS the client already runs and pays for.
A small tool that replaces a spreadsheet Internal tool Scoped tightly and built in weeks, with auth, exports and backups included.

Laravel or Next.js

Choose Laravel when the client’s hosting, developers or existing code are PHP, or when the app is mostly admin screens, reports and background jobs.

Choose a Next.js web app on PostgreSQL when the front end is React, the marketing site runs on Next.js or future developers will write TypeScript. Both handle auth, roles and payments well, so the deciding factor is usually who maintains the app after handover.

How a Laravel project runs with an agency

Every project starts with a written scope that lists user roles, flows, the data model and each integration. You approve it before we write any code.

Work runs on a password-protected staging URL under your brand, with a named producer in a shared Slack Connect or WhatsApp channel. The team is in Dhaka (UTC+6, no daylight saving): our afternoon overlaps the UK working day and our evening overlaps US East Coast mornings.

You see working features as they land. Each milestone goes to staging with seeded test data, so you can click through the flows before your client does.

Before handover, the build goes through our published QA checklist. The handover includes deployment notes, environment settings and an admin guide in your brand.

Pricing for Laravel work

Most Laravel applications are scoped as one-off projects with a fixed price, sent within two business days of the brief. Monthly plans and what each one includes are on our rates page.

If Laravel work recurs, the scope confirms whether it fits a plan. Premium (from £2,400/month) covers builds alongside AI automation, SEO and paid media, with up to 6 active projects. Enterprise is quoted and covers the full white-label suite, with turnaround agreed in writing.

These factors move the price of a one-off scope most:

  • the number of user roles and the permission rules between them
  • integrations with payment providers, CRMs, accounting software or other external APIs
  • data migration from spreadsheets or a legacy system
  • reports and exports the client’s staff rely on every week
  • the state of the code, if we are taking over an existing app

Hosting and third-party services are billed at cost or held in your accounts. We never mark them up.

Builds you can open

None of our public case studies is a Laravel application. They are sites our founder delivered before SoftVolt AI, and white-label partner work never appears without the agency’s written permission.

The closest in shape are PHP builds with business logic and enquiry flows. Patriot Insurance Group was a full-stack build for a division of a US insurance group, with a services architecture and quote-request flows.

Ascent Energy was a UK energy e-commerce platform, scoped, built and project managed through to launch.

If you want to judge our Laravel work first, send one small brief. You get a fixed price, and you decide on the next project after you have seen the code.

Dedicated Laravel developer, freelancer or white-label partner

A white-label partner suits agencies whose Laravel work arrives in projects rather than as a steady full-time load. If you have enough application work to fill a role every month, a hire may be the better choice.

What matters Dedicated in-house hire Freelancer White-label partner
Cost Salary plus benefits, payroll taxes, equipment and your management time An hourly or project rate that varies widely, plus your time checking the work A fixed price against a written scope, or a monthly plan
Time to start Weeks to months to advertise, interview and onboard Whenever someone good happens to be free A written scope and fixed price within two business days
Who manages the work You do You do A named producer in your shared channel
Holidays and sick days Delivery pauses You find a replacement mid-project Team cover, with the same producer on the thread
Range of skills Whatever one hire knows One specialism at a time Laravel, WordPress, Next.js, SEO and paid media under one contract
If it does not work out Notice periods, redundancy and a new search Lost time and a scramble to recover files and logins Work ends at handover, with documentation and credentials returned

Your client stays yours

We work behind your agency and nowhere else. The protection terms are signed once and cover every project after.

  • A mutual NDA, on our template or yours, before you share a client’s name.
  • No contact with your client: no emails, no LinkedIn and no portfolio use without your written permission.
  • No credit in the code, the admin panel or the footer. Commits, staging domains and documents carry your brand.
  • Server, database and third-party credentials stay in a shared vault with least-privilege access. We revoke our access at handover and confirm it in writing.
  • For personal data, we work under UK GDPR (IDTA or UK Addendum), EU Standard Contractual Clauses and an Article 28 data processing agreement.

Read exactly how client data is handled on our security page.

For UK, US, Canadian and Australian agencies

For UK agencies

Our afternoon overlaps your working day, so questions about a data model or a failing job get answered while your team is at their desks. Brief us at 5pm London and review at 9am. Plans are priced in pounds, and personal data is handled under UK GDPR with the IDTA or UK Addendum.

For US, Canadian and Australian agencies

Our evening overlaps East Coast mornings in the US and Canada, and our morning overlaps the Sydney afternoon. That gives you a live window for calls and an overnight build cycle for everything else. You sign the same NDA and protection terms as a UK agency.

When to send this brief

Laravel applications: when to send it.

  • The requirement is an application with a marketing site attached, not the other way round
  • A client's process needs custom business logic, roles and reporting
  • An existing PHP application needs rescuing or extending
