These terms cover your use of softvoltai.com. Project work is governed by the written scope or agreement we sign for that project; where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

Using this site
- You may browse the site, share its pages and link to it.
- You agree not to misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, to reach parts that are not public, to copy it in bulk, or to send spam or harmful content through its forms.
The information on this site
We keep the site accurate and current, but it describes our services in general terms and is not a binding offer. Turnaround times, processes and figures describe how we normally work; a project’s actual terms are the ones in its written scope.
Prices and quotes
Prices on the site are indicative and may change. A fixed price is agreed only in the written scope we send for your brief, and it becomes binding when both sides accept that scope in writing. Plans and retainers are confirmed in writing before they start.
Enquiries, briefs and confidentiality
- Sending a message or a brief does not create a contract or oblige either side to go ahead.
- Please do not send your clients’ confidential information before an NDA is in place — tick the NDA box on either form and our mutual NDA comes first.
- We treat what you share in an enquiry as confidential and use it only to respond. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
White-label work
When we work for your agency, we work under your brand as set out in the project agreement and in the commitments on our security and confidentiality page, including that we never contact your clients unless you ask us to.
Intellectual property
- The site — its design, text, graphics and code — and the SoftVolt AI name and logo belong to SoftVolt AI or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them beyond ordinary browsing and sharing without our written permission.
- Case studies describe work delivered for the clients shown; the sites and brands in them belong to their owners.
- Who owns the work we produce for you is set out in your project agreement.
Links to other sites
The site links to sites we do not control, such as live client builds and our booking tool. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove any part of it.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Liability for project work is governed by the project agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction — unless your project agreement names a different law or court, or the law of your own country gives you rights that cannot be excluded.
